Delivery

We offer free delivery on all items within the UK Mainland. (Please note this does not include Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Scilly.)

  • Smaller stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

  • Larger stock furniture pieces will be delivered within 10 working days.

  • Bespoke made to order items will be on an 8-12 week lead time, and we will aim to deliver within 10 working days after they have been made.

We will always try to improve lead times where possible. If you need the item sooner, please send an email to info@victoriacovell.com and we will do our best to prioritise your order.
If the dispatch of your item for any reason is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.If you wish to collect from us please email us before purchase. 

International Orders

We do not currently offer free shipping as standard, internationally or to Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, or Isle of Scilly. Please get in touch via info@victoriacovell.com to get a quote for international shipping. Our prices do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur upon import.

UK Mainland Returns

Orders for stock items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leave your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel. Once the return has been received, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any bespoke made to order items.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or cover any of the custom charges, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For further enquiries and questions regarding international returns and exchanges please contact info@victoriacovell.com.

Faulty Items

Should your item arrive faulty, please do notify us within 24 hours, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. Please note that all of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products. *Handmade cushion covers are all dry clean only*
